Why was your Transhuman Unit shipped to the outlands?(Backstory. 4 paragraphs Minimum.):

OWS 10227 was a high-achiever. He always got what needed to be done, done. He never asked questions, never hesitated, and never disobeyed orders. But the unit's skills were needed elsewhere. Somewhere where the Metro Police have no presence... The Outer Canals of City 18. Unit 10227 knew the risks of the Outer Canals, but being himself, he never questioned the orders to transfer to the Outer Canals.

Unit 10227 could only assume this transfer was caused by the recent downfall of danger in City 18. They must not need him responding to the crimes in District Two anymore. 10227 was not sure if he liked this change of pace, not being able to take part in the exterminating of the local resistance group, but kept to his orders.

Unit 10227 recieved special training for the Outlands, including the orders to amputate on sight. 10227 liked this idea, and soon gained a spot in the books of his superiors. This was not the end of his preperation, though. He was told that Citizens in the Outlands will be more heavily armed then the citizens in the city. 10227 seemed he could not care less, and still accepted the job.

Soon after his training was complete, his superiors sent him packing for the Outlands. This was the last time he would see his fellow Units, and his superiors. He quickly boarded a train to the outlands, hoping that he would arrive sooner rather then later.
