Banned on Stranded island server. For trying to level up weapon crafting

So on the stranded island server you guys have I joined and started playing and I want to level up my weapon crafting by making wooden spoons or copper tools. But I didn't know that its against the rules to spam make one item? Because I made about 7 spoons and 6 copper hatchets to level my crafting. And a admin came by and said this is weapon spam, at first I didn't know what he was talking about and then I got banned permantly. If im correct the admin was Twisted? some name like that and when I got banned it said to appeal here. Because I really like the server I just didn't know it was against the rules to spam it like that.

Can you explain why it says it in your chat every 60 seconds that Weapon Spam is a permaban?
