Server is pretty much dead, admin staff seem to have left. Ideas to jumpstart Community again?

Right, so some of you may have noticed that the community doesn't have a lot of people on it's servers. That's because a lot of people left and or formed a new community. I was wondering, what can we do to jumpstart this community again? I noticed you guys are purging the MPF, that's a good start, also, please. NO LOLWEBULS I am sick and TIRED of seeing some webul having a fucking SMG and robs two units. Stop being so fucking oplolwebul.

Many new things are being put into effect, with kax as the new server manager.

I'm also going to try and get HL: Consequences from RJ early. That'll be a great start.
