Conglomerate 18 (If liked some of the story can be changed to fit the server)

Who they are: Conglomerate 18 is a cult that worships the idea of salvation through the Necrotic lifestyle.
What they do: They Worship the Headcrabs basically and the Idea that they are a religious mark on society.
Additional Info: They are ran by a very smat vortigaunt that goes by the name Solimus'Lark
Pronounced (SO-LEE-MUS) (LARK) That has implemented the idea that XEN is the "planet of the gods" and the Headcrabs are the "Falling Angels" of C18's Society. The inhabit the slums and never show their true nature in public tending to use the back alleys and subway tunnels as meeting places Their leader never leaves D2 in fear of Slavery by the MPF.
Their Goal: To "Free" all citizens of their first life of pain and suffering and to bring them into their new one being Nurtured by the gods and their powers.

All made up by me kind of created to incorporate a bit of interesting fear RP (horror kind of thing) If you like the idea but find some holes in the cannon of the server change whatever is necessary Thanks!

Question: Would this be a just Vortigaunt faction or will it have some pretty insane citizens in it too? I'm asking since it really sounds like only Vortigaunts would be in/worship this.

There will be citizens too the goal is to spread the word of the falling angels through...Well Hallucinagens and lies so yes crazy citizens are in play as well.
