What'd they do?: Having an RDM without warning. After successfully stealing a prop from him and after I have walked half the map away from him, he caught up with me and began to shoot at me. Also isn't giving 5 second warnings before attacking, and attacking outside of his base.
Names of witnesses?: Sleepy witnessed an attempted RDM on land owned by no one.
