Map restarts

Im sure this has come up a few times, but it is becoming a problem. Since the map vote to flatgrass or construct (not sure which), map voting and restarting have been revoked. At key times in the morning and afternoon the server lags something awful. It then continues until some one restarts it, which usually doesnt happen until late afternoon. those with the ability to change map arent usually active at the times the server usually lags.

i suggest extending the map permissions to everyone on staff, you shouldnt have to worry about a flatgrass vote because staff will know better.
(just my two cents on the issue, not trying to complain)
