Changes Effective Immediately.

This changes go into effect immediately.
-OfC is no longer a rank, It now goes 05>04>03>02>01>EpU>SeC>CA
.DvL is ALSO No longer a rank.
-Metropolice Force units are No longer allowed to act badass. They're not OTA.
-Augmentations and Brainwashing is no longer in effect. Units who were Augmented loose their augmentations. Same with Brainwashing.
-Recruits are now allowed to patrol D1 after you've recieved Patrol/Detainment and Re-education training.
-Before you ask, yes. This does mean all units are elligble to go Rogue.(Obv. Except OTA)
ALL HARDASS MPF WILL BE REMOVED. THIS IS YOUR ONLY WARING
IT WILL NOW BE ALOT HARDER TO RECIEVE PROMOTIONS FROM YOUR EpU's. THIS ALSO GOES FOR RCT.
