Your character's backstory:
Sergio Chang, born in 1979. Punta Arenas, Chile South America. Coming from a middle-low class family, he was part of his own country's Investigation Police Department. He finally achieves success after moving to the Northern part of America and then dedicating good part of his early years to the jewelry. In the war he immediately decided to move to one of the "new" Cities looking for true order. Known for being relaxed even in difficult situations, he is also a reserved and a respectful person. His ability to recognize the origin of any materials was once useful in forensic work in his country's Investigation Police Department and then used his knowledge to the sale and purchase of jewelry.

Why do you want to become a part of the CCA?: I want to become part of the CCA because it's not enough to be grateful to the Combine. I really need to be part of all the order they have achieved.

How would you be an asset to the union?: By assuring the order in the streets and by being a helpful member.

Where do you wish to take your CCA career?: I want to be useful within the CCA and be useful as part of them in any possible way, even if I'm a bit old my years of experience in the army can be helpful.
