How to get Overwatch Transhuman Arm (App tips inside!)

There's one way to get Overwatch Transhuman Arm, and that is to apply here.  All players, even those who used to have Overwatch Transhuman Arm characters, must reapply in order to receive an Overwatch Transhuman Arm character. There only requirement for Overwatch Transhuman Arm is listed below.

Have at least one Civil Protection unit at or above the rank of 03.  This is to ensure that you, as a player, have retrieved the proper training and understand all protocols within the MPF, as they often translate easily to the OTA.

- As stated in the application format, your character couldn't have been put into the City Program because they had already been converted into an OTA unit.
- This is not a Citizen applying to become an Overwatch Transhuman Arm unit; This is you supplying information about a character already in the OTA to apply for it.
- The Black Mesa Incident was called the 'Portal Storms' by the general populace.  No one knew that Black Mesa was involved because it was completely covered.
- The Seven Hour War involved killing and slaughtering everyone in sight.  You would have to have survived in the Seven Hour War in order to become an OTA unit.
- Don't fill anything blank. If you genuinely don't know the answer to a question, type 'potato' to fill out the question.
- Put your answers to questions directly underneath the questions.  For info you have to fill in that isn't a question, put it directly beside it.
