Possible Imminent Changes

We have many problems that we need to address in the next few days, and we need to lay a simple, yet effective framework for the server's future.  Now, bear in mind that these issues are both mine and Taco's fault, so there is to be no demonizing either of us. Please.

Now, first off, the major solution to this problem, as far as I can see, is wiping the database in order to instill both a sense of renewal and genuine renewal itself.  When the wipe is preformed, only players dedicated enough to post in this topic will renew whitelists. Note that CHARACTERS will not be renewed, ONLY the whitelists.  This doesn't mean that you can't request your digits be the same as your old character's, in order to be the same character but not hold the exact same rank.  Be sure to post them below if that's what you want.

Administrators, too, will have to post below in order to signal that they're dedicated to the server and community enough to give a damn. (This includes Operators, Admins, and Super Admins.) In return, you will receive Operator (If Operator or Admin), or Admin (if Super Admin).

Now, there are a few problems that I'd like to address.

1. Unlogged, assfucked MPF (No active D1 SeC). (Fixed through wipe)
2. CWU is boring and there's no consistent recruiting. (Post suggestions. No laser beams.)
3. Mechanical parts of Overwatch are inconsistent. Classes and rosters should be added.
4. All pill-related stuff is inconsistent. We'll try and fix it.
5. Admins get all the fun stuff! This, I want to solve by having admins (even myself) have to do applications for whitelists they don't personally oversee.
6. Any other problem you guys might see, post it below and suggest a way to fix it.

Russia- I'd really like to keep my UNION DvL, Otto 'Guardian' Williams, and Overwatch Transhuman Arm whitelist. I'm also a Super Admin.


Taco gave me all of this SA shit along with all of these whitelists.

I would like to keep my JURY and one of my citizens.
