NEW MAPS NEEDED

as much as we all love rolling hills, the servers been running it 24/7 for weeks. since sunset got removed from the workshop, it be nice to have a little more variety of maps. many players complain about the same old map now.

idk the process in which a new map is added, if it just needs to be on the workshop, or the map needs to be added to a folder.

I completely agree. Coming from a different server with multiple maps (spartan), I realized that tacoplay is starting to become stagnant because the only map or area we use is the rolling hills. It makes the game incredibly boring for people who come and play daily and we would like more added.
I spoke to an admin of the previous stranded server I played on (which was transferred over to zombie survival and shut down), because he created a couple of the maps that ran on the server. His name is Arblarg on steam and he sent me this link to one of his compatible stranded maps that is 100% custom:

I've personally played this map, and although he claims it isnt done, I can assure you it is a lot of fun. It is a very open, hilly area covered in mesas and it has a large pit in the center with crystals and a couple fortifications (this was treated as an admin area but you can use it for whatever)

Any new map is welcome imo. Also, I played Arblarg's map as well. Definitely recommend.

taco, can you go over how you add maps? whats the process? just so we know what kinda maps to suggest... idk crap about this so i dont wanna suggest somthing that wont work

I took these maps from the Workshop, they look like good maps

The last two maps may need Half life tho

I actually loved TT stranded server, until it fucked off into the void, I loved the toolbox ;-;

Just install the new maps then!
