[LP]FaLLxEN ban request

What'd they do?: Okay, so I was building my base in peace and [LP]FaLLxEN shows up.  I see him sneaking behind my base, steal my wall and my stone workbench and I kill him with my crowbar.  I take his stuff.  He comes back raging mad about how I killed him, even though he was attempting to steal crap out of my base without me knowing and he starts trying to prop push me with the stolen wall.  I still had some of my base left, so I locked myself in.  He eventually stole "kecavis STEAM_0:1:66631026" resource pack, he will remember this if you ask him, so I consider him a witness to my base fiasco as well.

Anyways, I ended up just disconnecting and coming about an hour later.  I came online, we changed map pretty much immediately and at the starting area here comes [LCK]SgTmAdNeSs with a stunstick, hits me twice and I started shooting at him.  He flies away as a crow, then comes [LP]FaLLxEN with a stunstick, attempts to kill me and I just disconnect.  I come back, start getting their steam id's and so forth, and [LP]FaLLxEN kills me in the starting area while I was busy.

So the moral of the story is.  He tries to steal my stuff, I defend myself and he comes back prop pushing and raging and an hour later he kills me while in the same tribe with his "buddy."  They were hunting me down, wouldn't let me exit the starting area.

Proof?: This first image shows that he actually did kill me, in that starting area, mind you (background).

This second image basically shows that, unless I'm blind at reading the 3 rule MOTD, that i can't DEFEND my base and take his stuff.  He initiated the attack, I defended myself.


Suggested Verdict?: I would like to get my items that I took from him, which he RDM'ed me to get back after a long effort of rule breaking.  

I didn't plan or want any of this to happen.  I was just building my base peacefully and he fucked it up, stole my shit and I killed him.  Unfortunately, I don't have any images from that event because nothing would've proven or justified the case.  He didn't kill me or anything.  I don't know how I would HAVE proven it, but I hope these two images shows a little bit of the story.

I want him banned, mainly because he's harassing me and won't let me play the game, especially now that he stole nearly all my items and the few things I took off of him. (SMG, stunstick, pistol, shovel, wrench).  He even brought his cohort buddy in the server just to make sure I wasn't able to play the game, therefore attempting to kill/camp me at spawn.

Fallens been banned before for prop push, so im thinking he'd probably do it again. So ill ban him.

I am not sure about Madness. You had no proof he did anything to you. I'll investigate into madness but for now i'll ban fallen
