Why should you be a staff member?:I can help out the server with problems and I usually help people to get familiar with the gamemode if they're new, I'm familiar with gmod, I've played 2 years of it, I deal with people well because i actually know how to deal with them in real life and being an admin is a responsibility that i will choose to care for.

You should probably start out with Operator.. Or just Admin. You wont get Super Admin though for sure.
